On our customers demand we are looking for ´IT Project Manager´
Detailed description of work task to be carried out and experience needed.Model Development Programme (MDP) is governed via a “hybrid ways of working”, meaning the Epic IT driver must have proven experience of managing large complex transformation programme’s through traditional project management with a combination of a deep understanding of the Agile/SAFe framework and ways of working.
Role description
• Act as single-point-of-contact for Epic IT delivery and project management
• Collaborate with Product management, Solution architects and Engineers to decompose the Epic into features and capabilities
• Responsible for Epic IT roadmap and milestone plan (in alignment with Epic owner)
• Coordinate and synchronize Epic-related activities across multiple areas, such as business, operations and IT teams
• Facilitate, as needed, the implementation of the Epic through the continuous delivery pipeline
• Ensure timely delivery of IT milestones with expected quality together with the scrum and delivery teams
• Proactively coordinate internal dependencies between one or multiple scrum teams and agree on external dependencies with other ARTs and projects
• Work with scrum teams to help and mitigate and impediments and blockers
• Understand and report on the progress and risks of the Epic to business and senior stakeholders
• Responsible for identifying future need in resources and governance (together with IT management)
Description of knowledge and experience
• Minimum 8-10 years of Technical Project management and/or delivery management experience (superior level)
• Experience in Financial Services, preferrable in the Credit risk domain and more specifically Risk models
• Accustomed to work in large and complex IT architecture landscapes

• Strong stakeholder management experience and effective communication skills
• Takes ownership to resolve blockers impediments
• Hands on experience on Jira setup, confluence and other relevant SDLC tools
