Responsibilities
Operational Expertise:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of applications and provide hands-on support for resolving production issues.
Production Execution Management:
- Own and manage end-to-end production execution processes, with a focus on delivering reliable and consistent outcomes.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Regularly update stakeholders on production execution status and key metrics.
- Act as a central communication bridge between business units, IT development teams, and operations.
Issue Coordination:
- Work closely with business units and IT capabilities to resolve product issues.
Change Management:
- Serve as the operations point of contact for all IT teams.
- Validate, approve, and act as a gatekeeper for changes to the production environment.
Problem Management:
- Handle incident and problem defect management processes in alignment with established SOPs.
- Coordinate with Scrum Masters to ensure swift and effective resolution of production issues.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify gaps in the existing production execution processes and recommend actionable improvements.
- Leverage feedback and learnings to enhance operational practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of team leadership in IT operations.
- Skills: SQL, Hadoop, Banking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex production challenges.
