Responsibilities
- Configure, develop, and maintain Microsoft Sustainability Manager and Power Platform solutions.
- Manage system access, reports, KPIs, targets, and surveys.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless data integration and accessibility.
- Translate business requirements into system functionality.
- Support end-users and facilitate testing to ensure optimal system performance.
- Drive continuous improvements and adapt the system to new sustainability regulations and reporting needs.
Requirements
- Experience in Dataverse development and configuration.
- Experience with Power BI and PowerApps development.
- Strong background in system integration and data consistency.
- Familiarity with agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban.
Desired Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Sustainability Manager (MSM) or similar sustainability solutions.
- Understanding of CSRD and ESG reporting frameworks.
