We are looking for a Organisational Change Manager for our client in the Pharma inidustry.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Management Consultant to assist with preparing change management material for the “My External Workforce” project optimizing the HR process handling onboarding of externals. The ideal candidate should be able to develop change management plans, training, and related material, and work with teams within our organization to implement change effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders throughout the organisation to develop and implement strategies for change that enhance the organisation’s performance and culture.
Provide training and support to receiving organization.
Develop training materials, communications, and other materials that anchors the change the receiving organisation.
Evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and make recommendations for further improvements.
Create, maintain, and update a library of change management templates, tools, and best practices for use in future client projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in organisational development, management, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing change management projects and achieving results.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders to create buy-in and support for change initiatives.
Experience in developing training programs and material to support change initiatives.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Professional certification in change management, such as Prosci, is highly desirable.
