Assignment Description
- Develop and implement strategies to translate business needs into feasible and acceptable data & analytics designs.
- Collaborate closely with HR teams, data engineers and other relevant stakeholders to understand their requirements, pain points and objectives.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap for People Analytics solutions, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and urgency.
- Define, implement and track performance metrics related to the People Analytics products to ensure continual optimization and stable performance.
- Co-lead the development of an HR data mesh, including the design of dimensional databases to meet business needs.
- Act as Tech lead for the new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive within the HR domain.
- Enforce data governance policies and guidelines for HR data used for People Analytics purposes to secure the integrity of data sets.
- Ensure HR data is handled securely and in compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
Personal Skills
- Academic degree within Software Engineering, Computer Science.
- Experience from Data Analytics and/or Master Data Management.
- Experience in working with data base design and modelling, mainly UML and SQL.
- Knowledge of HR data domains, including employee records, organizational structures, compensation data etc.
- Familiarity with data governance principles and data protection regulations
- Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams.
- Effective communication and the ability to convey the value of People Analytics and HR data mesh to stakeholders are crucial.
