Job Description: 
As a ServiceNow developer you will build, enhance, deploy and troubleshoot functions in the platform, focusing on creating solutions for our global support teams. You will co-operate with the ITSM platform team within the organization and our partners at ServiceNow to align the product roadmaps, best practices, platform dependencies, way of working and experimenting with new products and features. Furthermore, you will also do

– Design, develop and support functions in ServiceNow
– Translate strategies and requirements into modern and scalable solutions
– Use an experimental mindset to identify new possibilities in the ServiceNow platform

Competencies-  Must-Have
– ServiceNow ITSM PRO Capabilities -Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Event and Agent Workspace with Java scripting.
– Certified ServiceNow Administration,
– ITSM Certified Implementation Specialist
– Performance Analytics CAS cert (nice to have),
– Performance Analytics Micro Certification,
– Integration Hub Micro Certification,
– Flow Designer Micro Certification
– Agile way of working in Jira and Confluence Tools


Agile development lifecycle

Support and maintenance of the Platform

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role
1.  As a Software Engineer build, enhance, deploy and troubleshoot ITSM subscription products. Good experience in Agent workspace, REST API’s , Flow designer and Integration hub. Integration experience with other ITSM platform is highly recommended

2.  Keep the Out of the Box perspective in all configurations and follow the rules and routines established for the NOW Platform. Way of working in Agile is must and expected to work independently with end-to-end responsibility

3.  The role will be part of a product team with Technical Engineer, Method Way of Working Expert and Product Designer working together with business value driven insights combined with other product teams with the area like Now platform, Service Portal and CMDB/Asset Teams
